Blues festivals are celebrations of deeply rooted American musical tradition honoring the blues' spirit of resilience, expression, and community building -- and offering a showcase for both established and emerging artists to share their unique voices.
The Bend Blues Fest is the annual culmination of the monthly Bend Blues Revival, hosted by Chicago Bob Dougherty.
Bend Blues Fest is promoted by Bend Blues Festival LLC, a Bend-based organization dedicated to the success of the Annual Bend Blues Fest and to bringing the history and spirit of blues festivals to the Central Oregon community.

The Blues Man is a remarkable original painting created exclusively for the Bend Blues Festival by artist Erik Hoogan.
Inspired by the beauty around him, Erik Hoogen takes acrylic painting to a whole new level.
He is a world traveler, painting along the way to support his travels.
One can find Erik’s art work everywhere: on K2 snowboards, in the Noon coffee shop in Amsterdam, on many walls in Erik’s hometown of Vashon Island, WA, and everywhere in between.
Erik has invested his entire life into his artwork, living off only his incredible talent and the desire to share beautiful paintings with the world.
